A gray lizard peers out from underneath a rock.  It crawls timidly, hesitating in the wake of the near attack from it's predator an hour before.   Now, perched on a boulder, it basks in the sun and waits.  The sky is abnormally blue today and there isn't a cloud for miles.  The only sound is the rustling of leaves from a balmy breeze. Sensing that the danger has passed, magically the gray lizard shape-shifts into an eagle. In one swift movement the eagle takes flight; It soars courageously high above the tree tops. Here there is freedom from vulnerability and fears.  What is in the past, is in the past.  There is a bright future ahead.
