"Hmmmm....what should I wear? I know!" I open the closet door and my teal windbreaker isn't hanging there like it's supposed to be. However, this cool satin jacket, circa "Pinky Tuscadaro"(Happy Days 1976) is. "Sweet!" I exclaim with glee. This is the perfect occassion too!
I love riding on the back of the bike. It is such a blast. As I glance up at the azure blue sky, I hollar "yeehaw!" as we speed away. LOVE IT! Our destination is Britol, RI. We meander our way via beautiful scenic route Rt 114. The weather is fantastic-sunny in the high 70's, no humidity. One of our stops along the way is Colt State Park. It just so happens that there is a small farmer's market in affect so we stop to have a look around.
We explore a little bit longer and decide to get a bite to eat. The restaurant, formerly "Topsiders", is now under new management. The new name? "Agave". Our jaws drop at this news considering earlier that day I propogated my Agave plant and gave one of the babies to Rich just before we left for our ride. Isn't it ironic? Don't ya think?

Agave is the plant that is used to make tequila.
The plants are crushed (shame) and fermented.
The little agaves are called hijuelos. Details:

Kind of like rain on your wedding day?
Pinky Tuscadero! I love it :) Every wild woman needs a jacket like hers! so, you're now a leader of a "Pinky" pack...I don't own a bike, but an ex. used to have one and we both called it a modern day Indian pony, I loved it. I use an agave maple syrup for my pancakes it is delicious. Also, Stevia is great to use for a sweetener. Happy Sunday, Pinky..
