Reversal

Mercury goes retrograde for the second time this year on August 2nd.   At certain times it appears that the planet slows down and goes in the reverse through the zodiac.  In actuality it's just an optical illusion created by cosmic shadow-play. 

How does this phase effect us? Since Mercury rules communication, it can tamper with the way we relate to one another and practically everthing else.  During this cycle, instead of starting a new project, it is best to focus your efforts on finishing existing ones.  This is an excellent time for self-instrospection.
