Message in a Bottle
Today was totally refreshing, absolutely stress-free. I didn't feel irritated once today. All of lifes & human foibles didn't exist. I did some laundry, made Bruschetta, basked in the sun with my knitting. AHHH! I wish I could encapsulate this day in a bottle, and spray it on like perfume when things go haywire.

Some days everything does go right. These things do have a psychic origin.
It's about being 'in Tao' and such like.
