Hello

I'm baack! Vacation was marvy.  I lounged at the beach everyday.  No exercise and 5 lbs later.  Oh well! Sometimes you just gotta say WTF! The weather was gorgeous with temps in the upper 80s.  I was dreading my return, but mother nature was in a great mood and the weather was simply delightful.  I'm still feeling the Zen.  I wonder how long this mood will last? We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Fort Myers, Florida.  Despite one minor blip, if you ever vacation there, I highly recommend it. Our original room was on the 1st floor right on the sidewalk.  Horrors! I threw the curtains open to find a guest smoking her cigarette.  Not my idea of a view or privacy.  Guest services was more than happy to accomodate my request.  Without hesitation, we were booked in room 327 on the 3rd flr.  Sweet!  Speaking of sweets, on Thursday night I was in my room and suddenly there was a knock on the door. I open the door to find a woman standing there holding a pair of tongs.  Beside her is a cart full of chocolate chip cookies and milk.  She was going room to room serving us cookies and milk.  Can you stand it? Cookies and milk.  Who knew?!
