Classic

Every May the Boston Common is a tulip extravaganza.  This year is no exception.  As I am meandering along the promenade today, I happen upon a very naughty fair haired little boy screeching quite loudly. If I were to spell it, I guess it would be something like...EEEEECH! EEEECH!  In the serenity of this beautiful park, he is doing his best chicken impression, flapping his arms and running around in circles. Priceless! There are two women nearby with a carriage doing their best to ignore the situation by walking away. I can only assume one of them is the proud mother.

I look to my right and there is a fellow, probably mid 60s, crouched down on the ground composing a shot of a bed of yellow tulips.  Suddenly, his face scrunches up and he whips around and bellows at chicken boy "shut up! jesus christ! just shut up!"  OMG! I love this! I burst out laughing as mommy dearest comes over to drag her darling boy away.

LOL!!! Chicken boy is hysterical and the guy yelling is even more so! I am a firm believer that people make for the best entertainment. Forget the tulips! :)
