At work it is very common for there to be left overs from catered meetings, birthday parties, showers etc. These left overs which range from sandwiches to cookies are placed in the community kitchen for the vulchers to scarf. Today I walk in and see an ice cream cake on the counter.
Really!?
Ice cream cake left sitting on the counter? Let's think about this. I think it's pretty safe to leave a sandwich, or even a left over pan of lasagna out on the counter. But an ice cream cake?? How about putting the ice cream cake in the freezer, which is a mere foot away and leaving a sign on the counter "ice cream cake in the freezer, help yourself".
